One of the significant benefits of death review processes is the ability to identify trends and patterns from qualitative analysis of the circumstances surrounding each of the deaths. This presentation will outline some of findings of the first Queensland Domestic and Family Violence Death Review and Advisory Board and discuss the findings that relate to alcohol and drug use.
